Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

My birthday is this week, and I elected to ride the requisite 63 miles (plus 12 more) yesterday as I will not be able to ride that far next weekend, which is nearer to the day.
Back to the 63 part, does this mean that I'm actually 101 in Canadian years:eek: Man, I feel old!
Yup, you're a Metric Centenarian. Happy 100th, eh.:thumb:

Time spent on the bike is not added to your age. You're much younger than you think.

That's kinda how I felt after the ride.
Previous week's ride was longer, but skies were overcast for the entire ride. Subject ride was in direct sun light, and it was noticeably warmer than last week.
