ok, so i found a guy who's selling a custom-built masi grand corsa track frame; the frame is a LITTLE too big for me (it's a 54cm, and i ride 55cm on the road, and my track bike is a 53cm), so do i buy it and live with the size thing, or let it go?
any and all advice appreciated.

Buy buy buy
Buy it, build it, ride it!
If the 1cm is something you can't live with, there's always ebay...

If the deal is good, buy it. After you figure out you don't like the size difference there's always ebay!

1cm is not worth arguing over, the bike she is yours.
TT length is more important than ST size anyway...and 1 cm is nada.
