Hey all,
I'm biking from Seattle to Santa Barbara this summer and am looking for a touring buddy. Ill be following the main coastal route most of the way, though in Oregon I'll head inland and follow the Sierra Cascades route.
I arrive in Seattle on July 7 and fly back home around August 23rd. I'm hoping to do around 50-75 miles a day, with rest days every five days or so. I'm pretty laid back and want to be able to stop and enjoy the different sights. I'm 26 and hopefully a touring buddy would somewhat around my age and similarly laid back. I'm hoping to camp or couchsurf everynight and spend about $30 a day. I am pretty new to touring, though I did bike the Oregon coast last summer. I can do some basic bike maintenance, but not much beyond that. Let me know if you're interested.
