Brief background on myself, new rider, been riding a 53-39, 11-23 Cf road bike, 120-150 miles a week (commute and weekend rides). I'm close to my ideal weight, knees are good and so far I've been able to finish any hill I've encountered in somwhat better than average (but definitely nothing great) speeds.

That being said, I want to improve but am unsure how. Will I eventually gain strength and speed as have more time in the saddle? Similar to interval training on flats, should I push myself (at which case I'm afraid of just blowing out)? Is there any other hill training to be done?

Anyway your input would be greatly appreciated.
