68cm? Hell no. If it was 58, then maybe, because you've got crazy long legs which must mean you have a short torso and the reach might be tough.
Once I got the measurements in 'merican, I see you're 6'. I'm 6' and ride a 56 road and a 61 (not ideal, bought second hand, but I've made it work and like the room for loaded miles) commuter cross frame. What kind of bike is this?

I'm sorry that was a typo, I meant 58!
It's a 70's french road bike : http://i45.tinypic.com/124ttfl.jpg
Crazy long legs? If I was a woman I'd take this as a compliment :PP

a 6 feet tall rider should be somewhere around a 58cm frame, however it is not an exact science. you can change your overall position/comfort is a few ways like trying a stem with a different angle or length. also you can adjust your seat on 3 different axis. your handlebars may just need a few degree rotation...
When you say you dont feel comfortable Im assuming this is when you are on your hoods right?? no-one feels comfortable in the drops.
My final thought, before everyone else tells you, is that you should make an appointment with a bicycle fitter at your LBS if you are unable to correct your position on your own.

That's right. I feel like i bend over too much and my hands get all the pressure. I thought drops suppose to be super comfortable, no?
Also, as you see in my picture brake levers are in the middle of the bars curve (as seen in all old road bikes). Do you think I should slide them up a bit like in modern road bikes? http://gmcbike.net/images/Brake%20Lever%20Road%20Bike.jpg
ahposo, yes, I feel it's too big.
I'm going to upload a pic with me on the bike
