Just completed my first fixed gear century after many many years of geared commuting and the occasional fun rides. I discovered the joys of FG after reading Sheldon Brown's many articles and buying a very cheap but BIG frame to convert. I rode it through the winter and absolutely loved the simplicity and connectedness. I did the obvious and stripped down my Bob Jackson geared Audax this January. I guess you could say I'm now fixated!
