Hello, my name is Tony, I am from Lancaster County PA. Just getting started into riding for health. Most of my miles right now are put on a stationary at the Gym everyday.

I just picked up a 29" Genisis from Wally World, LOVE IT. I am 6'4" so I needed a larger bike.

Mostly ride rail trails etc, too much traffic around here to ride on the roads.

Welcome from Helsinki as well. One of the reasons I started biking is to avoid diabetes, my risk is quite high.

Thanks Everyone. Yes I recently found out I am diabetic. On meds now but hopefully coming off them in a few months.
