Is anyone aware of any books that are written about bicycle philosophy? Or philosophy through cycling?

I am reading a book that as it turns out seems to be a book on bicycling philosophy. It's title is: "Need For The Bike". It is written by Paul Fournel.

My wife bought it for me for Christmas form Barnes & Noble. I had thumbed through it on occasion when shopped there for other books & thought that I'd purchase it at a later date, but never put much more thought into it. My wife on the other hand read a little of it & thought it's be a good book to get for me as I am reading & learning about philosophy. Turns out she was right it is a good book, so far. Not done reading it yet.

Does anyone else know of any other books that talk about bicycles & philosophy in the same book?

I suppose you could say The Immortal Class might fall into that basic category. You'll find many a heated opinion about it here. I thought it was OK.

I guess you could say Immortal Class does kind of fall into that catagory. I bought & read it about a year ago. Good book.

While I'm thinking of it, there's The Un-TV and the 10mph Car by Bernard McGrane, which I've never read, but a few people have told me to read because I'd dig the philosophy of it. Perhaps this could be another?
