I was just riding the hills in Laguna for the first time this weekend, and I did not see a way to get through the gated section at the top of the paved trail from Moulton Meadows park to Top of the World. I walked around the short dirt trail to the west. Is there are pedestrian gate through TOW that I just missed? It looks to me like other riders on Strava go right through the gated section. Can anyone clue me in?
