Yesterday I rode a rather hilly ride in Palos Verdes CA (note I did this ride yesterday on the heels of a 36 mile ride at 15mph - mostly flat on Saturday)

I am doing this Metric Century

Based on my ride yesterday...am I on my way to being ready of the Metric and the climbs involved?

You should be fine. The metric looks more or less flat.

Yes - you can do it - just don't go out too hard, make sure you eat a little and definitely drink plenty. Get a good night's sleep the two days BEFORE the ride and just start at a comfortable pace that you can sustain - the section from 38-46 miles looks challenging but certainly you're capable of tackling it.

I would suggest squeezing in a nice 50 mile ride some time between now and then - Just hop on SGRT and go up 25 miles and then back, just to debug your eating and make sure your saddle works for that long.

You can definitely do it!

That's an easy metric. If you're comfortable doing 40 miles or so you'll finish the metric. Just watch your pace in the beginning.
