Hi folks, I came across this website while surfing for some information on human rights! And what made me want to write is the fact that I cannot ride a bike and I wanted to tell all of you that how jealous I am feeling.

Happy riding!

Thanks. Now get out and learn to ride. :) You will then spend less time looking for Human Rights on the Internet.

Greetings ahsin!
I agree with Weasel, get a bike and get out there and get/keep healthy and have fun! No reason to be jealous of something that you can have yourself!

Maybe Ahsin has a physical reason he can't ride a bike.
I work with a blind guy, I've always wanted to rent a tandem and take him for a ride, but would probably kill both of us.

Thanks for the encouragement, bandhus (friends)!

I do have a disability and that's amental block against riding (all two wheelers) and swimming. But that doesn't stop me from appreciating your sprit.

Happy commuting and peace.

Maybe you consider a tricycle. My local bike shop has suddenly acquired a couple of lightweight adult tricycles, ideal for people who have problems with balance, or never learned to ride.

These are lightweight racing or touring machines, not toys. They look a bit odd to most people, but dissabled riders in my club find that their disability dissapears on 3 wheels, and trikes are popular with older club riders in their 80s.

Some encouragement, MichaelW!!!!!! I will have to wait for a couple of decades to be eligible to try the tricycles! About the mental block, who knows I might overcome one day. But till then I am happy being a pillion rider and using the two sticks that the mother nature has given me.

Happy riding!
