My name is Dustin LaBarge. I've been running for the past ten years, and started cycling with an off-road triathlon and a trusty Pacific Vortex 39-pound suspension mountain bike (seriously). After jumping in a road duathlon recently, I started cycling for exercise in addition to my running (again with the Vortex!)
Yesterday, I broke down and bought a road bike. I got a classic without realizing it (a 1988 Bianchi Super Leggera, I think). Picture attached. This is my first time on a road bike and first time with down tube shifters. I'm having a blast!
I've come here because most of the pictures on the net about Super Leggeras eventually link here. Looking forward to making memories on this bike! Named her Ferrari. Nice to meet you all!
