Hi,
I wonder if anyone else has experienced this, I've a pair of Shimano R086 shoes that I use to commute and a pair of Mavic Zxellium Road Shoes that I wear on the weekends/racing. The cleats on the Mavic shoes have more 'play' and feel loose, not in the side to side usual float motion (I use the yellow cleats with the 6 degree float) but an up and down play. I've tried adjusting the cleat position and also swapped the cleats between the shoes to make sure it wasn't the cleats but it's the same each time. The Shimano's have no play and the Mavics do, it can't be worn pedals and it can't be worn cleats, it appears to be the shape of the sole, any one had this experience before? I don't really fancy replacing my pedals and cleats just to accomodate a pair of shoes how ever nice they feel/fit!
Thanks in advance
Phil
