I have a cannondale with with a Shimano DA for derailleurs, shifters, etc. I just put a FSA compact crank on and it works great. Next I tried to put a SRAM 7010 cassette 12/28 on in place of my Shimano 12/23. The SRAM appears to be too "thick" so that the hub lock can't go back on. I removed the small spacer that Shimano had between the hub and the 23t. I've been told that SRAM is compatible with Shimano. Does anyone know why this isn't working?
