with being bored at work today. So might as well take off early and go for a bike ride while it isn't to hot yet. :D

How far can you ride your bike on your boat?

I already pay my Chiropractor to much.

Depends if I use the trainer or the rollers. The rollers are a real challenge on a rocking boat.

I've been chiro'ing for the last couple weeks. It's better but not quite there. Drinking beer helps, but I think the dosage is off.

Next week, PT for this guy. Haven't been on a bike this little in 16 years.

I want to ride too. I am falling in love with my Falcon again. I want to upgrade the DT shifters to brifters. I like the idea of the Retroshifts.

I've got a 3 1/2 year old that keeps me off the bike and man it just showed. Still be better than being at work, but can't figure out what the heck happened to my peddling style, had to stop and lower the seat twice dropping it over an inch and still don't have quite right. I think it's because all of my riding lately has been with me pulling a trailer for grocery runs, pulling a Burley or now pulling a trail a bike, seemed to have picked up a lot more ankle flex on the down stroke.

I'll probably have to work late today. I have a meeting with the boaters this afternoon.

Funnily, I have been off the roadie for quite a while and just got back on this week. Was surprised at how well the legs did for a short under 10 mile ride last night. Did two laps of the neighborhood with the wind, but I did avoid the bigger climbs.

I did somewhere around 10, don't no for sure because apparently I didn't reset the bike computer right and the Map My Ride app decided to pause it's self some where just shy of half way. Just checked the weather real quick and it was only a 21mph head wind for the first half, I guess that might have something to do with the ride feeling crappy. So maybe the ride wasn't as bad as I thought because I know it was breezy but didn't think it was quite that strong.

I've certainly seemed to have spend enough time in them today. Riding makes me have to poop.

Also, first ride on the multi-speed CX bike since Friday... I am surprised at how stiff my legs are after three 24-mi round trips on the SS CX bike.
