Foo - Quick! Should I eat in or eat out?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I used to load up on that in the Navy. It'd sit in those stainless buffet line pans for hours. It ended up grey in color but I didn't care. The servers were happy to get rid of it. Mmmm....organ meat!

I am proud to admit that I like a good plate of fried liver, bacon and onions. I soak the liver in milk for an hour or two before flouring it and frying it.

I feel better now after vomiting...

milk... doesn't make liver any better. Neither do the onions or a pound of bacon. Livers just should not be eaten period. Livers are the stuff kids nightmares are made of (can you tell I had to sit at the dinenr table for hours as a kid because I refused to eat liver???? I am still bitter!)

I have celery, a cheese and turkey sandwich and strawberries for lunch. Can't wait!!!!

The best way to eat liver and onions is to make liver and onion margaritas

The beauty of this recipe is that you can use any cheap liver for this, the cheaper the better actually.

Lay the liver out on a sheet of clean newspaper

Prepare the margarita as you usually would

Wrap the liver in the paper

Drink the margarita

Throw the liver away

Just keep the onion around for the next time you make chili
