I thought the Hoola Hoops were Oxidized? I might be thinking of the Duralectras.

Anodized, not oxidized. The Odyssey Duralectra rims are Hazard Lights that have been hard anodized via the Sanford Duralectric process, which gives them about the same braking ability as normal chrome rims.
