Hello,
I'll be traveling to Wisconsin in a few weeks for a function, and plan on coming out a few days early to do a little bit of riding. I've been doing a bit of research on where to ride, and as a result plan on stopping off in Decorah, IA to ride the DHPT system. And then heading up to Levis Mound, WI to ride the trails there.
I've done a bit of searching around for information on these trails and have maps of both systems, but there is nothing like a little local knowledge. Is there anyone around those areas that might want to get together and ride?
If everything goes as I hope, I'll be driving in to Decorah 6-18 and would like to do a ride that afternoon, and then another ride the morning of 6-19. Then I'm trying to get to Levis Mound for an afternoon ride 6-20 and an am ride 6-21.
I've never ridden in the Midwest and am looking forward to it, although I am a bit curious to see what the humidity is all about.
