Me, homemade Pastrami Sandwiches on Sesame Seed rolls with thin sliced Vidalia onion and Roma Tomatoes, Provolone Cheese, and sweet hot Bavarian mustard.

First harvest of mesclun mix with some shredded cheese, olives, and oil and vinegar. Turkey and mustard sandwich. Nothing exciting.

A salad made of:

Baby Spinach
Arugula
Grape Tomatos
Cucumber
Slice Almonds
Dried Cranberries
Roasted Walnuts
Sliced Ham

With Sesame Ginger Dressing

I think it is the healthiest food I have eaten in a while.

A sammich, yogurt and mango tea. I looked for mangopumpkin, but we didn't have anything with pumpkin.

Met a friend at Marie Callender's. Had a chicken pot pie and a slice of Chocolate Satin. He had two slices of rhubarb, and one of strawberry.

The ride back to the office was rough. *urrp* :)

Same thing I have nearly every day. Turkey on wheat with brown mustard and granola bar. Gets really old.
