I've already posted a thread in the charity/benefit forum and it's not getting much love, so I'll throw this up in here. Apologies if I'm out of line.
Here's the deal. I want to organize a benefit ride, with proceeds going to some veterans' organization. More specifically, I want to get hooked up with an Iraq/Afghanistan Veterans group of some kind. I know about The Wounded Warrior Project, Blue Star Families, The Mission Continues and Tempered Steel.
Are there other organizations out there specifically geared toward post-9/11 vets?
