Took my NEW Kilo TT Pro for a ride to work this morning with stock everything. On a huge downhill I had a blowout in the front! I pumped my brakes and came to a stop. Upon inspection of the rim I found that there is a split in the weld area. Would I be able to contact Bikes Direct and get a new from wheel? Has anyone had a similar problem?
