My sweetest spot is that moment right after a spinnaker hoist when the wind fills the sail and God's hand reaches down and pushes thousands of pounds of sailboat up on plane and I stand there amazed at the power of creation.

The corner under a tree, where my wife and I first kissed while out on a moonlight walk - some other guy was trying to grab her at a party, so I did the macho thing and took her away from him. Every now and then while we still lived out that way, when we'd pass by that neighborhood, I'd make a surprise detour and stop under that tree for a few minutes.


Come to think of it...maybe I should grab us a Zip Car soon....

Especially with an Asymmetric Spinnaker Rig and the bow lifts like a big kite is pulling it, and the sail inflated with an audible and tactile WHOMP!

Ya, me, too. I can't be honest and follow the rules, either. Oh, well.

I must say, though, that I HATE having my face or neck kissed or touched. My wife loves it, so she thinks I should, too, but when she tries to kiss my neck, I **** out like someone with anger management issues, which kinda kills the mood a bit.

Since I have none on my person I'll take the jsharr route. It's at a local pub, after about 3 Harps and they put that incredible patty melt with bacon down in front of me. My wife's gonna give me the huge olives from her bloody mary (which are the best in town) and I get an hour of down time to relax. I just don't get to do it often enough.
