Not me personally, but a coworker at my previous job was escorted out by the FBI. It turns out he was into downloading child pornography.

Did they come after you or a coworker?

Did you go to the coworkers cube and steal his red stapler and good office chair yet?

No, but I came back to the shop once to see a city cop putting one of our tire changers in the back of his squad car. In handcuffs.

No, but I used to work for a shady guy who had the amazing ability to disappear when a process server + deputy would show up at our office on a weekly basis. I swear he had ESP.

I watched police take a coworker out in handcuffs. He didn't know but his son had 27 outstanding traffic tickets and the police booted his car outside a club. He came out, saw it, got a friend with a torch, and cut if off. All the police knew was the owner of the car (the father) so they arrested at work. The father had no idea what was going on.

escorted for my protection? or for the protection of others near me?

No. But I was (almost) violently kicked out of a bar for being a "f****t." The ironic part is that I'm not even gay.

EDIT: When I say "(almost) violently" I mean I was strong-arm escorted out by a wannabe mobster who thought he had a lot more power than he did. The karaoke jay who ran the show there and I organized a mass exodus of the patrons who made the bar successful...and the place had to close down a month later.

I might be the only person in my crew at work that hasn't been.

No but...I worked in a small office building that housed several companies. One day the police showed up to shut down one of these boiler room call centers that had something to do with time share sales. Their employees looked like they were part of a prison work release program. As the cops were taking away evidence and the owners, the employees were sneaking in the back entrance to steal the office stuff. I guess they decided that was their severance package.

Not yet.....

Years ago I worked in a factory and we had the police there looking for someone to arrest at least once a week. It was usually someone who had recently quit, but sometimes they'd lead someone out in handcuffs.

There are two police officers in my office right now. One is holding his taser.

No but I heard my dog barking a few weeks ago, not out of the ordinary but went to check anyway, and observed a police dog and handler along with a another officer (gun drawn) arresting my neighbors 20-something kid.

Females don't get escorted out for surfing porn. They get escorted out for spending hours on E-bay.

Does a police station count as an office?

No, but I came home from work one day and saw the FBI, DEA, and BATF all being busy at my neighbor's house. Had those nice stenciled flak jackets and a bunch of people handcuffed in the yard.
