Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - My new weight loss aid!

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I'm trying to get better at climbing, and have a 3,900 foot mountain by my house I've been riding. I have a new visualization technique to help me not succomb to eating temptations. Every time I think about eating something I shouldn't, I imagine climbing that hill with a bowling bowl strapped to my back. Works every time! A heavy bowling bowl is around 16 pounds, which is what I'd like to lose (to start with).

Nice idea!
Actually, I think it's thinking about NOT having the bowling ball strapped to my back, and thinking how much easier it will be to climb without it!

I'm sporting a 70lbs meat coat. It is slowly going away though.
