...and I couldn't get out! It was truly dread. There were hippies to the left of me, hippies to the right of me. It smelled of patchouli and I felt the presence of the ghost of Karl Marx. I'm going to take a scolding hot bath this morning. I have several sads right now.

Pray for Couchie. I sense a six month future of daily psychological therapy sessions.

Yea, it's not that bad....it's worse. At least the hippies of my parent's generation stood for something. The hippies from this generation just smell bad.

Hey, one can always take a shower, but taking a shower is way over-rated. You can actually go without one for months. Just watched a program about veterans from 2nd WW, and this old dude said he didn't take one for like 5 months or something... You're gonna smell different, but that's about as far as it goes.
