I have had RA for 15 years, recently diagnosed with Osteoporosis. Recovering from both shoulders injuries from an accident about a year ago. RA attacked so fast...had to quite riding about 6 years ago because it was difficult to use the hand brakes. My husband will only let me get a 3 wheeled bike. I want to get a new bike, but don't know what to get. My dr said it was ok as long as I was wearing protection. Any ideas/suggestions on what to buy. Alaska summers are short and I want to get back out there! Thanks for any and all help!

I would suggest taking a look at recumbents maybe, two or three wheels. Since you sit back there's no real pressure on your hands/arms.
