Hi everyone
The background is about 25 yrs ago i broke my left femur and the muscle never recovered. There was also nerve damage if that has any effect. There are 4 inches less muscle on left thigh and calf than on my right.I have over the years tried to build it back up with out any success. It has never really been a problem until now with the kids growing up and less working hours i have started cycling a lot more and the right knee is suffering because it is doing more of the work.
A bit of sharp gravel in my right shoe may help to even out the effort or does anyone have another solution.I couldn't cycle at all this past week.
Thanks
