Electric Bikes - 120mm rear dropout...am I SOL?

I measured the dropouts on the rear of my bike, and they are only 120mm...? This is a newer bike (2009 or so) with a SRAM 3 speed internal hub gear mechanism.
I'd like to get a geared rear hub motor, but looks like I may be SOL with all motors being designed for 130mm dropout?
Looking for advice,

That all depends on what the frame material is. If it's Aluminum, then yes, you are SOL. You should be able to stretch steel to make it fit, as it is only 5mm on either drop-out. What motor are you looking at? All the motors that I'm familiar with are 135mm. You can also get a front hub...
