For what its worth, I live in Sparks which is next to Reno and work in Reno. I saw a cyclist on his bike today, and the conditions are NOT very good. That photo is totally legit, that guy was just walking for a moment I'll bet.

I think he was crossing the street and making a turn. I wouldn't wanna make a turn at speed with that much slush on the ground.

ugh yea i pity him. I rode home in the storm yesterday for 4 unhappy miles. Cold, no traction, i dont like riding in snow anymore
