I tried these for the first time today and it's hard to say. My legs were already sore before the ride but I did ok. What are people's experiences with this supplement?
Also, while we're on the subject, my legs typically stay sore for 3-4 days after I ride, making it hard fior me to ride enough to get better. Should I just ride through the discomfort? I typically ride 3x/week, average ride 20 miles(some longer, some shorter). It's pretty hilly where I am, I try to pick as flat arise as possible, but still do a fair amount of hills. I'm 50yo, 5'10" 175, just started cycling this year. Got about 600 miles under my belt and thought I should be doing better than this by now.
