I signed up since it was only $25 through active's schwaggle, and it includes support and a meal after the ride. Can't find the route though - anyone done of these before? here's the link on active - http://www.active.com/page/Event_Details.htm?event_id=2016034&act=EMC-RegConfirmation&Version=Cycling&Event=&Property=Active&Sections=Body&Creative=RegConfFor&ArtText=Txt_1&Content=Event_Details
Yes, I did this ride last year also. The routes are described on the link you posted. The 62 mile route goes through Westlake then across Hidden Valley to Newbury Park and down the grade towards Camarillo. Then down PCH to Mulholland and climbs back over Mulholland and down Westlake/Decker.
They had a pretty good turnout last year although I think most rode the shorter routes because I didn't see too many riders on the later part of the long ride. They didn't provide a meal with your entry fee last year. They had catered food at the finish but you had to pay extra and it was fairly expensive.
