Hello, I'm 27 year old male from Chicago. I've been using a bicycle as my main mode of transportation for about 8 years now. I'm mostly ride for recreation and commuting, but would be interested in getting more into the sport end of cycling. I've also worked as a professional bike mechanic and volunteered at a bike co-op in Guatemala. I currently ride a 2007 Bianchi Volpe as my daily commuter, I have a Kona Smoke built as a sort of townie-cruiser, and a 1985 Trek 620 that I am trying to build up as a long-term tourer. I finally signed up for this forum after lurking it as a guest for ages...
