Can anyone tell me how big this thing is? I'm looking to replace my old Vantage XL and have yet to see an S710 in real life. I have a friend with an S610 which looks good -- I'm guessing this is much bigger, but how much?

I guess I shouldn't really care as it will be on the bike most of the time, but I'm curious....

The S710 is a little smaller than a regular computer. It comes with a wrist strap so you can wear it like a wrist watch. However, it's about twice as thick as a wrist watch. www.polarusa.com might have some more info for you.

The s510/610/710 are all about the same size. They're about the size of a bicycle computer when you have them on your handlebars and about the size of a Volkswagen when you have them on your wrist.
