Heard mixed reveiws, on this American forum, Everyone seems to think their bad, on my British forum, quite a few people like them, although, they are budget, but if they work for you then they're good :)

Depends what you mean. I don't think they should come stock on a djer as they are not strong enough for djing or street. I think they are fine for an average weight rider riding trails (even then they aren't amazing just adequate) I got my set on my kona roast which in 2002, was for freeriding. The wheels do not hold up to any freeriding imo :) So in that capacity they suck.
For a little more breakdown, they are also heavy. So adequate on trails and heavy = not a great rim but DANG cheap. So they work. Great starter wheel.
