i was wondering how i might make my Haro TR2.2 better while spending around 300$, i was thinking sprocket or cranks? idk, thats why im asking

reduce the gear ratio (2003 has 44-16) but i'm not sure what year yours is.

what do you want from your bike? how do you ride it now?

I would replace parts that need to be replaced. if nothing needs to be replaced, keep riding it.

do your race, are you doing stunts, dirt jumping, flatland, street?

well if you havnt got a 3pc crank then i would go with one. Are you looking to save weight or just genraly make the bike better?
