I cooked professionally for years. Not knowing how is not the problem. The problem is I'm at a truck stop outside Texakana and I'm out of groceries and I'm sick of truck stop food. Would it kill them to have some fruit and veggies for sale?

It's a truck stop. The answer is yes. But they will have a selection of CB radios and tapes to choose from, and also coin-op showers.

No Kidding. This is THE worst part of driving a truck.
