No, it's not a real brevet, I don't know why they called it that, it was your usual disease/t-shirt type of ride...

This is the first century I've done in a long time, and it turned out pretty good, 101.46 miles, with 5377 feet of climbing, and it took me 6:08:24...

What was remarkable, for me anyway, was that I did it on 10g of carbs...

Yes, I know this is heresy, but I've been in ketosis for about 4 months now, and this was something of a test for me...

I've done the low carb thing in the past, but only for about 30 days or so, then I went back to a carb based diet, because I didn't think the low carb diet was sustainable long term, especially during higher volume/intensity training...

I'm not saying ketosis/low carb is better, worse, or even appropriate for anyone, this is just an n=1 experiment, a data point...
