Hi, just joined the forums, but have been lurking awhile. I have been mountain biking for a few years and am about to take delivery of a my first new road bike since a 1974 Motobecane Mirage back in eigth grade. Once I got the mountain bike, the old Giant hybrid wasn't worth much as a road only bike, upgrade time. I have gotten a lot of good information from all of you and look forward to learning more.

That was supposed to be "from" not form. Can't type

Where's the center of Michigan? The Mackinac bridge?
Or doesn't the UP count?

Good point. Amend that to say "the center of lower peninsula Michigan". I have friends in the UP and they would be unhappy if I left them out, although they do talk about becoming independent or joining Wisconsin. Damn Green Bay fans.
Go Lions! (in all their pathetic misery)

I LOVE the UP, I was there a few weeks ago snowmobiling near big Bay, Champion, Republic.
It's awesome up there.
