What is the best recovery food/drinks out there?
Whenever I get done with a ride I always have some strawberry milk and sometimes peanut buttered toast.
I've heard things like yogurt, bananas or protein shakes are all good too.
What's everybody's thoughts from your own expeirences or knowledge?

This question has been asked many times. You can find the answers by using the search function.
Depends on your goals.
Most cyclists can take anything that has some protein, carbs, and a bit of fat.
Lowfat choc milk is popular lately.
I want bigger muscles, so what I do is a little different from that.
I'll have a protein shake with some stuff.
If you're not doing resistance exercises, it wouldn't help.
