It's been a while since I rode the SART from Waterman south to the other side of Riverside and the last time I tried it was closed in large sections due to storm damage. That was a couple of years ago but I figured it wasn't going to be fixed anytime soon because it seems all municipalities are struggling with money. Anyway, anyone know if it's open all the way?

On weekends it is completely open, weekdays they were closing parts for sewer line work. The parts you are referring to have been fixed, I remember the closings from two years ago.
