Will be spending a few days in Syracuse in July and would like to know about any nice rides not too taxing for an older rider. Prefer limited hill climbing, nice scenery, absence of heavy traffic.

Thanks for the links. Probably won't be able to ride with anyone but I have already used Map My Ride to create a nice 26 mile ride North to Fulton and return to Baldwinsville.
