Hey guys,

I put together a collection (http://www.fandrop.com/collection/michaelprise/Awesome_Bicycle_Trails/442) of bicycle trails in the West. Most of them are in CA. Tell me what you think. Thanks

I think this is an excellent idea. Can we submit locations to you? Southern NV has Bootleg Canyon http://www.bootlegcanyon.net/ and Cottonwood Canyon at Blue Diamond http://www.singletracks.com/bike-trails/blue-diamond.html. SW Utah has Gooseberry Mesa, aka: Moab Light! Then Escalante, the Grand Staircase....

Pablo is there a trail website for the Western Slope?

bootleg is pretty bad ass, and needs to be mentioned.

skidmap.com has trails in utah and fruita, if that helps

Methinks it might be easier to compile a list excellent of trails in "Everywhere Else BUT the West."

here is the deal (and i type this pretty damn drunk, as usual) - there are super bad ass excellent trails EVERYWHERE, each state, each area, had excellent trails. there are rooty trails, rocky trails, buffed smooth trails, wide trails, super narrow singletrack trails, etc. trails are like womenzes (i'm talking about the humans with the special secret parts i see on certain sites on the internet). there are many and varied and they are all awesome in their own way. there is always "better" somewhere else, but really, what you have right at home is usually pretty freakin sweet. just think of the poor children in africa who don't have any trails.

There is always ROAD TRIP needs! Like when you came out to Sedona.

I think we are getting pawned by the OP. You have to join yet another Website to view the trails that he has listed. He did list Red Rocks in NV. that is primarily a Roadie destination and a dang good one. You can ride some of the dirt hiking trails, but hikers clog things up and don't like sharing. All in all I think this is a troll for a social media site.

It is a good idea, but when my wife and I went to the Pacific NW, dminor drew maps and charts and bought me beer. I expect that out of everyone now.

I keep hoping to toss the tent, canoe, bike and a couple other things in the Durango and leave for a week. Stinking job, crappy boss-SHEESH!
