Just read some of the comments below the article and then try to tell me there's no heightening of hostilities towards cyclists from auto drivers. That's what makes this video so frightening.

The cyclist was in the bike lane, blinkie going wild, hi-viz jacket and the cager still left hooks him like he wasn't even there. :notamused:

Definetly a great save but I can't believe a few of the trolls commenting. Most of the negative comments about this particular incident (vs. complaints about cycalists in genera) seem to be coming from the same few people so I don't take it as the general view of Aussie drivers.
