Ok, here's the backstory. I have this habit of going out, having a few drinks, returning home, and blowing my paypal account on stuff. I'm a sucker for eBay "buy it now" auctions. The pros = I've gotten some killer deals on stuff & you come home from work to packages you forgot you bought. The cons = you get a bunch of stuff you ultimately don't need. This was one of those purchases.

It was a poorly photographed and described bike, but the price was phenomenal for ANY bike frame, and I jumped on it.

I'm pretty sure it is a Mexican-made Windor, Looks just like a Cinelli SC, it's been re-powdercoated white, the original chrome is in great shape, all new decals. Columbus tubing, Suntour GS dropouts, serial number is 0666 :) It's a 57cm

What's the going rate on a fake cinelli? It takes a certain buyer, but it's still a quality frame disguised as a higher quality frame

This is a hilarious story and an unusual question. The post below has a method of distinguishing Windsor from Cinelli, though I don't recall seeing pricing estimates for frames.

Oh, and the PO added a complete Cinelli SC decal package to it. probably $150-200 in the coating and decals alone. Is it worth....$250?

And, it doesn't look like either one of those. Maybe I'll post some pictures of this thing...

I would like to see photos sounds like an interesting frame the Suntour drops don't seem to track most Windsors and definetly don't go with a high end Italaian bike.
