Hi everyone, been lurking this forum for two days now and found these forums to be extremely helpful. My knowledge of bicycling has jumped from a 0 to a 2 (and climbing fast)! I'm Learning what crankshafts are and all those other parts daily, lot of info.
As far as bike experience, haven't had much outdoor pedaling experience since I was 11. I rode a rainbow splash 10 speed huffy mtn bike. In my adult life, I got hooked doing indoor spin class for cardio and rode an old Yamaha cruiser around for a few years. I stopped my gym membership and parted with my motorcycle due to space and monetary reasons but the craving to be on two wheels never left so here I am.
I'm looking for a single speed for the workout. I'm not looking for long sessions of riding right now but I do see myself upgrading yearly for the first 2/3 years.
