We had been looking around at the LBS trying to find something we could afford that met our needs. (Our old bikes are Trek 320s) We could not find anything. So I looked at Nashbar and saw these Mercatos. They looked like they would meet our needs. I watched them for a few days. I had to order a pair when they got down to $160 each before tax and shipping. They came in this morning. I must say these are really not to bad. I took a short ride and it road smooth and shifted nice. The bikes have very little stickering, so they look very clean. Really pretty generic. I hope that might help if and when someone thinks about stealing them. Here are some photos.
