No. But it looks like your rear quick release is being used incorrectly.

See how there's a label on the lever that says 'open'
the other side says 'close'
take the skewer off the bike and flip it back and fourth between open and close, notice how the head moves when you do this
this small motion is used to firmly clamp down on the bike frame and hold the wheel in place.
No clue what your bike is
some mid-80s steel frame rigid MTB
the chainrings are bolted, indicating quality
the type of rims might give someone else a clue as to what it is....
but whats it matter? mid-80s steel mtb; all about the same.....

Looks a bit like an old Trek 800 series MTB.

What model are the derailleurs? I agree that it looks like an 80's MTB of reasonable quality. Probably a CroMo 4130 frame.

Looks almost identical to my '92 Giant Yukon.

At first I thought it was a match for my '88 Hard Rock, but as I looked closer, the serial number was in a different place, the stem is different. But the rack attachment points on the forks, stays and dropouts are spot on. Does the chainring say Biopace?

Could be, it looks a lot like my '88 Trek 900, and that series is very common. I can compare some details when I get home. In that series, it may even have been the same frame with differing component levels.

I've got a couple of Giants from that era, the dropouts and the serial number are wrong.
