I've got a Dolan DF3. I can't keep the seatpost up. After turn 3 in every 200 I practice, the saddle will either drop and/or turn to the left. It's a bit scary. And it's getting worse. Aside from that sticky stuff you can spray onto it - any other ideas? I need this to be bomber. Thanks

Do you have carbon installation compound on it?

pop can shim. Most carbon bikes these days don't have well toleranced seat tubes.

I've also heard hair spray can help...

i haven't heard that.
any nice will be willing to smear some carbon installation goop on something for you for a cheap buck or whatever.
i'd be more inclined to use the right tool for the job.
