General Cycling Discussion - Cannondale Frame Identification

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Hello everyone!
I'm new here and this is my first post on this forum. I just bought this Cannondale frame off of ebay for a build. I'm having some trouble identifying it; so I thought I'd post it here and see what you experts can tell me.
Serial # 137261RK06811
Model # 5FMN4L
Barcode: R137564
The only thing i'm relatively sure about it that its a 2006 year model and that it is either a hybrid or mountain bike.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just called Cannondale's customer service and they will not help. They basically said that the do not offer this service and to contact a LBS and maybe they can help.

vintagecannondale.com may be of some help. It does look like a Scalpel frame with a 1.5" headtube for a Lefty fork.
Thanks for your response, unfortunately the only thing I was able to get off vintagecannondale.com was the manufacture year of 2006. I bought this frame as is off ebay for a pretty decent price and figured it'd be a nice ground up project. Haven't recieved it yet.
Thanks though, anybody else have an idea/opinion?

To me it looks like a F-series mtn bike, either had a headshock or lefty on it. You can put any shock on it with proper reducer headset. The base model f series had cantilever and disc tabs (one you have), ones shown are upper models.
