Cold water melon, cantaloupe, cucumber, and mango slices with fresh squeezed lime. Very refreshing after a hot 100 degree ride. Did I forget a frosty dark ale for kicks, too hot for pie. Lp

Never too hot for pie but that sounds like a refreshing snack.
Yes! Cool cubes of cantaloupe, honey dew melon, water melon, pineapple, grapes are abosultely awesome right after a hot ride.:thumb: Had some that was on ice in the back of my car last Saturday after 21 miles with a friend. Was 80 when started 8:30 am, 93 degrees when done.
I'd likely stop with just the watermelon. It would be A dark green round seedless one, and I'd probably eat half of it.

Cantaloupe or apples, really cold and fresh, makes my mouth water just thinking about them after a ride.

Home made smoothie.
Whatever fruit I have in the fridge (strawberries, blueberries, peaches), whirred together with yogurt or buttermilk and some jam or maple syrup for sweetness.
